Bullock, who holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Elon University, was born and raised in North Carolina and has lived in Southern Pines for 14 years.  During those 14 years, she has been active with the Junior League of Moore County, Habitat for Humanity, Sandhills Children’s Center, Sandhills Interfaith Hospitality Network, American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, Meals on Wheels, and Academy Heights Elementary School.  As a member of Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church, she has served as a Sunday school teacher, Circle/Bible study leader and board member of Presbyterian Women.

I was born and raised in Germany. My husband Craig, who grew up in Moore County, and I relocated with our 2 daughters to Southern Pines in 2002. Craig has been in the Military for over 20 years and I am a very proud Army wife.

I fell in love with this area the first time I visited in 1992 and I knew it would be the perfect place to raise a family.

I specialize in the purchase and sale of new or existing single family residences, PCS and VA transactions. I am familiar with the challenges my clients facing who are moving into and away from the area, having been through this myself.

Cathy Larose, owner/broker of the WEICHERT, REALTORS - Larose & Company team is the veteran Realtor of the team.  She graduated the College of Charleston in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and was at first in the restaurant business.  Relocating to Pinehurst in 1994 to be with family, she earned her real estate license and went to work with another franchise, earning Top Lister and Top Broker status for nine of the 10 years she was there.

Christine has been actively involved in the Real Estate market in the Pinehurst/So. Pines area for the past three years. She is extremely attentive to her clients needs as well as knowledgeable about the area. She holds the NAR Green designation, and short sale/foreclosure resource SFR designation. Christine is active in the local Realtor Association as part of the Leadership Committee, and Green Committee. He serves the residential needs of clients in the area as a member of the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors. In addition to his real estate licenses, he is certified in home inspection.

He is a native of Ohio and a 12-year resident of Pinehurst. He attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and the University of Dayton, where he majored in education and business.

After 30 years in the fire and emergency medical service in Northern Virginia,  I retired and began another career in my long-time interest of real estate. I am not a stranger to the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area, being a real estate investor here for over 11 years. I am keenly aware of the needs of those moving into the area, either as retirees or being relocated in the military or private industry.

As a resident of Moore County since 1994, I have a very good understanding of the Sandhills area. The people who have chosen to buy property here are either full time residents or second homeowners who use it as a retreat from the real world. I can help you find either one.  I spent 8 years as a golf professional working around the Pinehurst area which gives me a thorough understanding of the golf that is available in the area. Golf is king, and I know the golf scene. For those that don't play golf, I can give you the rundown of the other activities that are available. From boating to horses I can help. I changed careers in 2002 and moved into the sales and marketing department at Forest Creek Realty, Inc. which is the development side of Forest Creek Golf Club. This is a high end private golf community that has two golf courses and 750 residential lots. I sold lots, new construction homes and re-sale homes during my tenure there. I joined Weichert Realtors-Larose and Company in September 2010 to handle general brokerage throughout Moore County at all price levels. 

I grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and then attended the University of South Carolina where I graduated with a BS in Management in 1989. My wife works at FirstHealth of the Carolinas and we have two boys ages 5 and 7. We currently live in Seven lakes.

My philosophy when working with any client is to treat you the way that I would like to be treated if I was buying something. I will make sure that you have all of  the information necessary to make the proper decision and that your needs are met. Golfers and equestrians are some of the people that I take great pleasure in helping to find just that perfect property. Our wonderful military families are always a honor to help find the right home for. I have helped retired friends find that peaceful place that they have until now just dreamed of. I grew up horseback riding, swimming, golfing and hiking. We ventured in from the suburbs of Westchester County to NYC to see plays every month or so. I have always enjoyed spending time with interesting people. I used to host a Cablevision production titled "Upbeat News" this was a show dedicated to helping non- profit organizations reach their goals.

My husband and I and our dogs, horses and cat moved to Moore County in 2001. We love the wonderful life in the Sandhills and you will too.
